Legal
Privacy policy
We keep this short and honest: no cookies, no tracking of individuals, and we collect only what we need to reply to you and improve the site.
When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about your campaign.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t use it for unrelated marketing and we never sell it.
Retention: kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and at most 24 months after our last contact.
Traffic analytics
We measure traffic with a self-hosted instance of Umami, an open-source, privacy-friendly analytics tool. It is cookieless, anonymises all data, and does not track or identify individuals. We collect aggregate signals only: language, browser, screen size, page views and button clicks.
We use this to understand what resonates and to improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is never sold, and most ad-blockers can block it without affecting how the site works.
Retention: at most 6 months.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set any cookies.
Where your data lives
Contact enquiries and analytics are stored on a private server, encrypted at rest, hosted within the European Union.
Third parties
Parts of this site are served by third parties. They don’t set cookies from this site, but by loading their resources your browser shares your IP address with them:
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, or for any privacy question, reach us through the contact form.
